Ivan always returned phone calls or texts promptly. Sent over a nice lady named Lesley to see the job and take pictures. Had an estimate emailed to us very shortly after. Ivan and his team went over the job with us before they started. Made many improvements to what was existing. We no longer trip over a downspout across the side walkway. Had the job done in a day and cleaned up the debris when they were done. Excellent job would highly recommend.
