After 23 years my hot water heater died:) I had a good experience with Renato in the past so he was the first person I called, I wasn't disappointed. I woke up to my furnace not firing, I followed all the usual steps but couldn't get it going. I looked to home stars for reviews and found AirHeatingPlus and I'm glad I did! Before Renato even came to take a look he walked me through several other options I may have missed (over the phone) and only after that he needed to come for a service call. It turned out to be a minor problem and just needed a hard reset, and since it was so minor he made sure all the components were cleaned and everything was in good order, he even helped me go online and verify my warranty info for the future.
