I would give Rafi eleven stars if I could. His work is outstanding, and he was extremely personable. Rafi worked around our times to schedule his visit, which came late at night. He showed up at around 8 pm after working all day. Rafi walked me through exactly what he was doing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, and I was absolutely confident in his abilities. He did his work quickly and there was no mess of any kind. We touched base again a few days afterwards, and Rafi helped us out again with some advice. In short, fantastic service, and reasonably prices. I feel good about his work, and glad he was there to help us.
