OEG was very responsive initially and the team that attended, very thorough and personable. I did some trouble shooting in advance with a master electrician by text in an effort to identify a noise and vibration that seemed to come from the main bathroom upstairs. Two electricians arrived within a couple of days to continue the process, and after 45 minutes of trouble-shooting anything electric, determined the fan was not the source; cleaned it and put the cover back on. $271 was expensive considering we didn't remedy the problem but I would definitely call OEG again as they and thorough and professional.
