He called and arranged to come visit for a diagnostic on a Sunday and determined we needed a new unit. He found one available and, after giving us an approximate cost, arranged to get it and return to install it within two days. Friendly, polite and professional service; met his commitments and a job well done. He also gave us a few pointers on our other appliances which were helpful. We are both satisfied and glad we got it done.

I was searching for a way to optimize my pantry space at a good price. Found Dan's web site and gave him a call. He was friendly, honest and delivered his goods and services as promised. We discussed options and I found he didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't be beneficial for me. Quality is great; good, solid drawers that can hold a lot of stuff, slide out easily and have made the pantry a great storage space. And his attention to detail took into consideration future plans I had; making sure his work wouldn't hinder other changes I planned for adjoining spaces.
