Worst service & response after Installation
Im really frustrated after using their service. The installation was done partially not all. The technician Ali took the money and said he will come and fix remaining. It's almost a month no response yet. They provided the invoice which doesnt show any part# or serial number of the unit installed and say that is warrenty document (See the photo attached). Please please dont rely on the good reviews here. This is not reliable contractor to do HVAC system.

Hi Karthik, I apologize for you feeling this way. We provided you a very large discount on both parts and labour of our service which was complete at more than expectations. You basically paid half of what you were supposed to. You did not pay for the tax that was required. We made many accommodations for you to make sure you are satisfied. The services were all complete per our agreement, please let me know what was not delivered as initially promised so we can in return help you. Unfortunately, with such a large discount we are unable to add free services of installations and units. Each service has a cost. In terms of warranty, your units were registered and the unit representatives advised that you had been sent an email confirmation, our customer service reps stayed an hour on the phone to have it forwarded to you once again.
That said, if there are any additional services that you would like and we are not aware of, please let us know and we would be more than glad to quote you and set some time to go over what you require.
