These guys are an utter failure. They put in a nine foot railing in our front yard in the Faill of 2021. By May 2022 we noticed that the attachments to our newly installed concrete steps were rusting and we were informed by the landscaper who had done them that the bolts attaching the railing were likely not galvanized or they wouldn't have rusted as they did. They needed to be replaced or serious trouble would unfold in a couple of years. My wife contacted Costa Railing to see if someone could look at them. She was told unceremoniously that they "do good business" and the fault must be with us. After a week of no show she called again only to get the same rude reaction. Clearly these boys do not stand by their word. To be avoided at all cost.
