Ripped out a bathroom, moved plumbing, installed vanities/whirlpool and shower, plus a few fixes to existing plumbing/bathroom. Casey is a true professional, he uses slightly more expensive pipes for better quality, better to pay a few extra $$ for pipes rather rip a wall out LOL.
Great selection, very helpful, worth the drive from Calgary. Helped us chose new tile grout colour, tiles etc. order came in within a few days. Supplied various other tiling stuff for a bathroom reno.
Had my entire bathroom ripped out, plumbing moved etc. New custom build shower, whirlpool tub, heated floor, you name I had it LOL. Holger was awesome, he managed the entire project and did very high quality work; also used extremely good contractors. Listened to us and made great suggestions.
Very helpful in choosing flooring products. I was originally going to go with the round stone tiles for the bottom of the shower as they look so nice. Crystal got me to stand on them in bare feet, not so comfortable LOL. Bought the sliced stones instead.
Older home with solid oak kitchen from 80s. Nhance refinished my entire kitchen in a day and resurfaced coffee table and 2 end tables. Coffee table had incredibly bad cigarette burns, after they finished barely noticeable. Kitchen looks great, 2 years later. So happy I am getting them back to do the bathroom cabinets. No mess/fraction of the price of a new kitchen lol.
Did my condo kitchen and bathroom a few years. Condo bathroom had cracks in the sink, which were totally hidden. So happy I did bathrooms in my new townhouse. Repeat of excellent service, prompt, courteous, honest answers etc.

Awful, awful experience, cost way too much. Late, slow, rude, broke things. Carried items through the whole building rather than straight to the truck, just didn't make sense why... Didn't pay the cost per weight even of the broken items. We're not interesting in resolving the issue with us either.
