Having trained staff in providing service I was blown away by the knowledge and the level of service that I have received by the salesman (Feddie), the tech (Neil) and the installers (Chris). Being a single woman I have to admit that I am somewhat cautious and suspicious when dealing with purchases outside of my comfort zone. I was treated with respect and concern when my furnace died on me this past week. These individuals went over and above to assist me with heating my home until the new furnace was installed. I highly recommend Holmes as this company clearly knows what it means to provide excellent customer service. Thank you.
