They were awesome! From dealing with the office, to the movers themselves. I called Tender Touch on VERY short notice after I had fired my previous movers. I was leery of trusting another company after my recent bad experience, but they put my concerns to rest. The gentlemen were quick, friendly, obliging, professional, trustworthy, honest and worked VERY hard. The Tender Touch movers even did the best that they could to make as much room in my storage facility to pack in more items after much of it had gone to waste due to poor packing and general disregard for property on the part of the other movers. They also took care to lay down protective covering on my newly redone hardwood floors, which the other movers neglected to do and it resulted in some scratches and scuff marks. If you are looking for a quick, professional, knowledgeable company who takes pride in what they do and works hard to ensure that the work is done right, then Tender Touch is the right company for you. Scott and Craftwood Flooring did an amazing job on our hardwood floors in a relatively short period of time, with short notice. We are looking to sell our home and our hardwood floors were not in great shape. Some of the areas were worn, scratched, warped and they are now beautiful and uniform. They not only worked hard and did an amazing job, but they are also very trustworthy and honest.
