My wife and I recently purchased a new home that had no AC. I hired Sam and his company, Phoenix, to install a new AC system and I am very glad that I chose them. Sam and his crew are kind, courteous, professional, timely, and abundantly fair. Sam took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. The finished job is so clean and well done. Its exceedingly clear that Sam and his crew really care about the quality of their work and giving peace of mind to the client. Sam goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done well and in a timely manner. As a professional in the service industry myself, I have nothing but praise for the way Sam and his team conduct themselves and deal with the client. After my experience with Sam and his company, he will be my go-to for everything HVAC. I am already highly recommending him to my friends and family. I trust Sams expertise and opinion, and know that he is fair.
