I requested some work for rerouting the connections for the dishwasher and for installation of a faucet in the gargae. The person showed up with a another apprentice, and took over 2 hrs for a small job, he cut the floor and repatched it, when the pipes were accessable from the basement and there was no need to cut the floor, also the job for the faucet in the garage was left halfway cause he did not had the right drill to drill the hole for the pipe, in the end I was left for paying to 2 people with half the job done. Not very pleased

The main floor of the older house we bougth in Calgary was quite disgusting , we hire premier flooring to re-do the main floor tiles, we were very pleased with the quality of work done and the promptness of the contractor, he even picked up the material from the suppier at contractor price, all we had to do was go and make our selections and reserve it, I have never experianced a better service and quality of work. They sure have raised the level of service experiance in home renovation for me.

the sink was blocked and I could not get is fixed, after coming back from our vacation, called the compamy and thay were responsive in sending the crew out to fix the issue in a few hours, all is good now

the contractor was quite responsive, he brought his scaffolding on the same day and completed the job in two days, he also left the scaffoling for extra 2 days so that I could paint the high points of the extension
