My husband and I purchased a 55in Toshiba 3D TV, and Samsung 3Dbluray player on Dec 23 2012 from the Brick in Winnipeg. From the start we could not get this system to work properly. 2 days after purchase we contacted our sales rep, who spent 20 minutes on the phone with us to see where we went wrong hooking everything up. No luck. It was suggested that our satalite receiver was defective, We had Shaw send us a new receiver. Still had the same problem. Called The Brick back, and was informed that we could pay 150.00 for a technician to come out and hook everything up for us. We went online to Toshiba's web site, tried their tech support, no help. Finally called The Brick back again, They are willing to drop half the service charge to send someone out to hook everything up for us. Very poor customer service!! We will NEVER purchase another product from them. The end result is that there is probably something wrong with the TV, but guess what? They no longer carry the model we purchased!! So, we get to pay 200 dollars more to get one in a different brand comparable to the one we had.
