Dave received $500 initial payment from me and damaged my property before he formally started. He was not able to provide me with a clear quote for my requirement, so he lost my business. Now he's trying to harass me by threatening to send me fake bills for the work he didn't do and put a lien on my property. I just wish to share this with everyone, and now I'm waiting for his bill to bring him to court.
