Chris Armstrong was very helpful and explained everything in detail. He and his team, including Jermaine were very professional and got the job done on time and on budget. We had the basement dug out, gravel and waterproofing added, drainage and rough in for a bathroom put in, an on demand water system, new furnace and a sump pump. They poured a very smooth floor. They started the work when they said they would, and finished in 3 weeks as promised. We chose keep the basement ceiling at its current level because it's close to 8' tall. I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs basement work done. Even though, in the end, we didn't underpin or bench, I now have a good understanding of the pros and cons of both methods.
