We had our roof installed by Gryphon Extreme Roofing 7 years ago. Last month, when we had a leak that plumbers told us was coming from the roof, Gryphon was right there for us. They checked the leak on the first floor, and went up into the attic to see how water could be getting in. A very costly team of plumbers had gone through the house and told us it was the roof. Gryphon said they’d never seen that kind of leak come from a roof before, and he was right! In the attic, he found wet insulation, and diagnosed what was actually a plumbing issue after all! There was a small crack in a PVC pipe there, leading water to the first floor. He even told us how to fix it.
