The team at Affordae comfort is nothing short of great!. It all started with an ac unit that broke down during a heat wave. The first technician came out on a Saturday night at 10 pm and replaced the faulty part. The unit then broke a 2nd time 2 weeks later during another heat wave. What terrible luck...but Affordable was there again as they sent out another service tech who diagnosed a different problem and repaired it too. But given the issues and temporary fixes, it was also clear that the old ac wasn't going to last. So I also had them quote on a new ac unit. The unit was reasonably quoted and priced by Cole with installation and installed a few days after the quote was given. The point is, Affordable Comfort did a great job servicing the unit, and, when it was time to replace it, offered a great option at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have an older home in the Toronto area (plaster walls, etc). I contacted Robert at Templar on a Thursday and on Saturday he was inspecting the affected area and providing me with a quote. Templar remedied the mold in the closet (a relatively small area, but still cause for concern), by removing the mold and contaminated materials within the affected area on Tuesday. It was much appreciated, particularly with the speed (call to inspection & quote to job completion all within 1 week!), efficiency and quality of workmanship. I know it was a small job comparatively speaking, but Templar tackled it with the same degree of professionalism as you would an entire house which suffered the problem. I would highly recommend Templar.
