The two gentleman who cleaned our ducts were great. Zero complaints about them. However, when they were cleaning up and putting things back together, they could not get the blower to work. They said a technician from their company would come later that same day (Saturday) or possibly the next day to investigate the problem. The next day I called and was told the person was coming soon. Called again Monday evening after still hearing nothing and was told he was coming Tuesday, but I had to go to work Tuesday and couldn't wait at home for them all day like I had on Monday, so they promised Wednesday. I worked from home on Wednesday and called in the early afternoon to inquire again and was promised a call back that day. Nothing. Called this morning (Friday) and was promised a call back. Nothing. So I guess I am giving up at this point and calling a different company to fix my furnace. Been relying on our in-floor heat and thankfully the weather isn't too cold, but we can't be left hanging forever.
