We requested KH to take a look at our (very old and crooked) house and provide a structural assessment before we undertake renovations. They were easy to work with, explained clearly what the issues might be, answered a ton of questions we had about the structure and renovation options, and provided a clear and easy report on the state of the house. Following this, we worked with KH Davis to draw up some plans for renovations, including some major structural changes in the basement and main floor. They were really helpful and flexible, helped us to figure out exactly what we wanted and what was possible, and made the whole process very painless. In the end we got the plans approved with no issues and will soon start work on the house. Would definitely work with again!
