Cannot say enough about IMPlanners North. I have never worked with a more professional company. Everyone from Marco, Patrick, and Jerry and all of the on-site crew were extremely courteous, respectful, super-friendly and understood my vision. A special shoutout to Brandi in the office for her efficiency and patience with my never ending questions. IMP held my hand every step of the way and ensured I stayed within my budget even when I was tempted to add just one more thing. The quality, workmanship and attention to detail from Jerry my project manager exceeded my expectations. Jerry never once made me feel my questions were irrelevant. Jerry always went the extra mile to ensure I could visualize the next steps before he would proceed. Jerry is like family to me now lol. IMP made me believe there are still good people out there that are not just waiting to take advantage of a senior widow like my previous reno experience. I am over the moon thrilled with my reno. Thank you IMP North from the bottom of my heart for making my vision my new reality
