Bought a shower tower from Gus's Plumbing in 2014. Just started to have a very slow leak that was dripping into the shower stall this week. Still had the manual and called Gus's and spoke to Wendy, the owner. She still carried the same tower so replacement parts were available. She didn't currently have any of the parts required but did have some on order, so she went and took the parts off the display wall and gave them to me free of charge on the same day. Got it all fixed myself and is working wonderful. Where else can you get customer service this good on a product that was purchased eight years ago. Even though we live out of town, I will definitely return to Peterborough for my next project as you can't beat this customer service. Again, Wendy, thanks so much for your wonderful service.
