Kirk sent his crew out within 24 hrs. They climbed a very steep pitched second story roof on my century home in downtown Cobourg. Carried out the repairs like it was their own home. Fast, reasonable, excellent workmanship.

I was provided with the name of this company by Rinnai USA. , the manufacturer of my tankless hot water/floor heating system. I was having a great deal of problems with a system installed by a well known HVAC company in Cobourg. Past design and installation errors by the Cobourg company meant poor performance and many hours of fighting with the contractor and spending more money for a fix that did not work. Natural Choice came in like a team of surgeons - they assessed, diagnosed and performed major surgery. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of their work. My regret was not having them do the install in the first place. That was an expensive le$$on anyone reading this can avoid.
Oh we enjoy working on tankless and boilers! It is a very specialty type of systems, installation is as or more important than the unit you choose! We appreciate you sharing your experience and glad manufactures have companies they can rely on/recommend like us!
