We worked closely with Arash on two major projects. Arash not only brings impressive professional expertise to the project as a structural engineer and builder but he is a kind, compassionate individual who takes pride in his work and relationships. We initially engaged Arash for an addition and complete interior renovation of our existing home in Toronto. We did receive permits to go forth but Arash foresaw costs creeping up, and brought concerns to our attention before proceeding any further. We decided it was best to build a new custom home on the same property rather than go forward with the renovations. We are so very thankful for his foresight and patience. The process of building a new custom home can be overwhelming but Arash proved it doesnt have to be. He took the stress and uncertainty. out of the day, to day, drawing attention to areas of concern and finding a solution to make things work even better. We were extremely impressed at how smoothly the build went and how the trades worked seamlessly coming one after the other without delay. The trades hired by Arash are highly skilled and polite. Even our neighbours commented on how professional and considerate Arash was building our home on a tiny street without much room for congestion. He communicates well and often. Arash still goes the extra mile years later to provide continued support. That support and reassurance makes all the difference in the world. Arash takes pride in his work and relationships and we have complete confidence in his integrity, work and ability. We have truly enjoyed living in our new custom built home for the past three yers. It's gorgeous and so well built! We feel fortunate we crossed paths with such a respectable builder and person.
