I ordered a 3 seater couch with 3 back cushions, beautiful! Waited 1 extra week over promised delivery time, but that's usually expected. No big deal! When it did arrive however it was delivered by the rudest most unfriendly delivery guys I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. They unpack the sofa I have 2 seat cushions and 3 back cushions< none of them the same size! I point this out to the delivery guys and they try to convince me that's the way it ships. They've delivered 3 others just like that. They kept insisting that I pay for it because it was right. I call the store, my salesperson doesn't even want to speak with me and passes me along to someone else. He tells me yes we've had that happen before with that manufacturer, Pay the guys and they will order new seat cushions and back cushions. Another 3 week wait!!! Not only did they try to fool me , I was expected to pay for defective merchandise that I didn't order. Needless to say the couch might have fallen off the back of the truck but I didn't. LOUSY service. Lousy Salesperson her name is LEENA! Rude delivery guys. Cheap Cheap Cheap! and that doesn't only apply to the furniture! You my get great looking cheap furniture but if you expect service after that forget it. Once these people have your cash your history. Next sucker!!!
