I've had blinds installed in three of my rental properties via Artivo shades last year, and I must say that it's one of the best decisions I've made. The experience was very seamless. Nikhil is as professional as it can get. He takes pride in his exceptional quality of service. I was so happy with his work that I got him to look into getting a pergola installed at my residential place. Nikhil gave me very honest opinions and suggestions. As I was looking into his designs, I was leaning towards getting something on the expensive side, however Nikhil made me realize why those designs would not look great based on the layout and look of my backyard. As such, I ended up choosing a design that was much more cost efficient based on Nikhil's suggestion. Thank God I listened to him because now that I see the finished and installed product, I could say confidently that it was the best choice I made thanks to Nikhil. He could have just let me choose a more expensive design and he could have made more money off of me in the process, but he gave me his honest opinion without being greedy. At the end, he cares about how the finished product looks at his clients' houses vs how much money he can make off them. He truly cares about his client and his brand reputation. I have recommended him to my friend and they were also very pleased with his products and services.
