We used Pearl Knstructions for finishing our basement. The work was completed in reasonable time, to our satisfaction and within budget. Khushroo took personal interest in finishing the job, by frequently visited our site to ensure quality workmanship, and was constantly in touch with us during the entire duration of the project. He is extremely hardworking. What we really liked was that he was extremely patient with us and willing to hear our suggestions for changes and immediately took action to rectify the situation, even if it meant tearing down and redoing the work already completed. He was also willing to work with us with changes we wanted during the course of the project, which increased his scope of work and cost. In the end he ensured we were completely satisfied. We will always use his services for future projects and have no hesitation in recommending him for small and large jobs.
