I was referred to Matt and his team by my condo's heating installation contractor when I was looking for a service provider to investigate into an issue with my furnace. Tamara returned my call promptly, gathered the necessary information about the issue and quickly arranged a visit by Matt. I coordinated with Tamara via text prior to the appointment. Matt arrived slightly ahead of the appointed time, which was very much appreciated. He listened intently to my description of the issue, asked questions to quickly isolate the problem, and he was able to hone in on the root cause in no time. He explained his actions along the way, and kept me informed the whole time. Though the fix was easy, but without his expert diagnosis it could have taken forever to zero in on the cause. Excellent people to work with, highly recommend! We need more service providers like Precision Climate Control.
