Extremely happy with the service provided by Tony and his crew. From the moment I received a quote to the day they removed the bin, everything about this transaction was professional, courteous, punctual and economical. They made everything very easy right from the beginning and even though I requested a bin over the end of year holiday period, they worked with me to find the most convenient time for me and were patient when I required a few more days before removal. I received confirmation calls prior to delivery and pick up so that I knew when they were coming and was prepared for it. The gentleman that delivered the bin took the time to ensure my driveway was protected and answered all of the questions I had. When it came time for the bin to be removed, it was just after a major snow fall and my driveway had ice and snow buildup that obstructed a clear path. However, they carefully maneuvered their truck and managed to remove the bin without issue. I highly recommend MTF and when I need another bin in the future I won't even bother to comparison shop, they have a lifelong client in me based on this initial experience. It sounds funny to rave about a garbage bin rental, but this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time (and I work in a customer focused industry, so I have high expectations)! Thanks to the MTF Group for being great to deal with!
