I've ordered mirrors from this place before and it was excellent, but things have changed. Probably ownership has changed. This time, it was a fiasco. If you call and ask when your product will arrive, they will make up some excuse. I don't understand why they won't just tell you the truth. If it's late, then tell me it will be late and tell me that it will be two weeks; but these people love to make up stories. It's the brushing you off story that really makes me upset. Making up stories to appease a customer is a real insult. When I pick up the mirrors, there's a scratch in it. Does it matter in the long run? No. Did they do it on purpose? Who knows. But either way, it was a scratch. Was the mirror wrapped in some protective foam? Other mirrors were. When I asked why it wasn't, he told me they only wrapped framed mirrors. Unfortunately, for him, there were unframed mirrors wrapped in some foam and shrink wrap right next to mine. Again, another "make up some story so the customer may believe me." Maybe they only wrap mirrors that were not scratched. Maybe they only wrap mirrors on Friday, but not Saturday. I can make up stuff too! Are they professional? Nope. Do they make up stories? Yup. Do they care about your business? Nope. Do they take pride in their work? Nope. Will I return? Nope. Will I refer anyone to them? Never.
