Duy from Francis Home Environment came at the last minute last night and diagnosed the issue with our thermostat - the recent power outage had completely fried it. He advised on the available thermostat options and informed us of how best to move forward with the booking. It worked out that the replacement work was assigned to him, and he arrived the next morning to fix the issue. While doing the install, he discovered another issue related to our furnace and A/C and how neither was correctly sending signals to the new thermostat. While it ended up being a longer job than expected, Duy was a complete professional and kept my wife and I informed all the way through the job and gave us instructions on how to use our new thermostat. Excellent service from Duy - He does Francis proud! It's nice to have A/C (and a working furnace) again.
