After a long design process were quite happy to have been recommended to talk to Favian with Anlif. We did speak with a few other contractors and decided to go with Favian as his prices were in line with others, he was no nonsense, covered everything we wanted and even talked us out of some higher end products which in the end was the right move. Throughout the project he was communicative as was his crews. There were no surprise extras which he made clear during quoting he doesn't quote low and make up with extras. He worked well with our designer and our kitchen people which is a family friend. We started with a small bungalow approx 1000 square feet and are very happy with our large 2 storey house. While it is impossible for everything aspect to go 100% perfect and there were a couple minor issues Favian without hesitation made these good with additional cost to us. Before we met with any contractors we were feeling anxious about the build process however once work got underway our anxieties were gone. Overall we are very happy with Anlif and Favian, we highly recommend speaking with him.
