Lutes Renovations was hired to renovate our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Chris was always very approachable and communicated with us about timelines, contractors and changes. He was always on time and followed through with all proposals. He always listened to our input and consulted with us with any changes, and was flexible if we had any changes and listened if we had product choices. Chris came in under budget!
