Sam is a true professional coming totally prepared for pretty much any eventuality. He is courteous and cares enough to be sure he does not make a mess. I was blown away that he came on Sunday first of all and on time plus he had all the parts he needed to complete the repair. Sam also was happy to answer any questions I may have had and gave me some good pointers to extend the life of my washer. He repairs any brand, I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs.
