Quick & effective response to address leak from upper floor bathroom

In November 2021, United Water Restoration was quick to respond & did a very good job in dealing with a leak from an upstairs bathroom into the ceiling area of the dining room. The UWR team did an assessment of potential areas of water damage, exposed the area within the ceiling where the leak was detected & used their equipment to dry the area out over several days to mitigate the leak & minimize any further potential area of water damage. I was very pleased with the work performed & quick response, along with the removal of materials & subsequent clean-up done in the dining room. The UWR team was appropriately masked throughout the assessment & work done within the home following their covid protocols, along with being appropriately masked during all consultations with the homeowner as this work was done during the pandemic.
