We recently bought a new dryer that detects air flow readings. Unfortunately, it was shutting down after a few minutes with an error code showing. We could see that the dryer's external vent was a) deteriorating and older , b) full of lint, and c) not hooked up correctly to the interior duct making the air blowing mostly to the back of the dryer. The dryer ductwork runs through a crawlspace. We could see gaps in the seams and lots of lint hanging down from the seams. We called Dryer Vent Wizard of Toronto and could not be happier with their service. They came out, cleaned all the lint/dust from the ducts, repaired the dryer duct work, and replaced the external dryer vent, all at a reasonable cost. Their service technicians were knowledgably, prompt, tidy, kept us in the loop on what was going on, and did great work!
