This was a great contract experience. Likely the best ever I had living in Toronto over the last 20 years. Albert and Adele were courteous, professional and very conscientious. Forget about 1800 GOT Junk and other junk removal rips offs out there. Junk Nation is so far and by far a model!

Paul listened carefully what to do provided a fair quote for the job. and Paul was courteous, arrived on time, and did the job even in less time than quoted (no gimmick, no frills).
- Crew arrived at the job 1h 45 min hours late. - Huge difference (twice as much between quote and actual cost paid) - Miscommunication between office contact and actual crew on the SCOPE OF WORK and CONTENT to be moved – always a point of stress. - LOST ARTICLES (never delivered). - Both truck time AND time on traffic charged to customer ? Do Corporations and businesses comply with any law and regulations in Canada, or they just bill/invoice folks and do whatever they want? WOW!
