Research showed favourable reviews for rite way. I booked them and they were available and on time. However, the truck they showed up with was vastly to large for the space I informed them I was moving. Being charged for this sized vehicle was price gouging for sure. They moved my property and stored it for $183 per month. Average. Upon delivery to my new home, they broker property and damaged the drywall in a brand new build. They offered $25 and an apology. Apologies do not fix, buy or replace what was damaged. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

Thank you for your feedback and time. Move insurance coverage and deductible was explained in booking confirmation email. We never charged you any amount for any insurance or replacement coverage. $183 per month was for storage space and not any insurance. We are not insurance brokers and do not sell insurance for local moves.
Packing for TV was your responsibility and was never packed in proper box in first place. Secondly, drywall damage was never brought to our or movers attention and there was no remark on damage portion of the delivery bill of lading.
As per movers, there were trade person in garage on move date to fix the prior damages to drywall and paint. Despite any coverage and for customer satisfaction, movers offered you cash for damaged tv stand and you refused. Further to email conversation with office you accepted $25 towards the damage and did received the e-transfer for refund.
