This is a few parts review: 1. The preliminary process was design, selections and permitting. Sunset suggested a couple architects to work with and we interviewed them and went with one of them. The experiences were overall pretty good, specially the interior design, we really needed some guidance to achieve the interior we were looking for. 2. The construction process was completed ahead of the published schedule (good). The budget was also pretty good, although we did some extra selections that pushed us a bit on the higher side, but we wanted it. 3. We have been taking care of the maintenance required for a new house, so the warranty calls have been virtually none. The regular drywall touch ups were taken care of at year one. Overall really happy.
