I manage an industrial facility in the east end and for years whenever rain fell the external catch basin would back up into our plant. I found Oleg ( Doctor Rooter ) on Homestars and decided to give him a call. This type of issue is not straightforward as he didn't know the cause of the blockage, he had to first pump out the water ( which he didn't charge for ) after this he found there was an enormous amount of silt and gravel which entailed using a pump which he didn't have so he had to return. Once this was done he used his camera to determine the cause of the blockage under seven feet of concrete in my warehouse floor ( again no charge for this visit). He then attempted ( not knowing if it would be successful since the blockage could be a structural collapse or just accumulated silt) using a specialized power washer was able to remove the blockage. Forgive the length of this review but I wanted to paint a picture of how focused Oleg was on helping me solve my problem. I'm sure all the visits he made cost him but he kept his original price, also he was very good about calling and providing advance warning to us. At no time did he mention about any additional costs or that the job was too much for him. This is a guy I would recommend 100%!.
