Despite delays due to flooding and pandemic Aaron managed to get our heat system up and running before the big freeze. He responded to my texts and questions promptly, dealt with any challenges we had along the way. Workmen were pleasant and respectful and we were comfortable having them in our home. The job involved extensive duct work replacing hot water system in uncomfortable work areas on top of unavoidable labour shortages. Our system has been working well during unprecedented winter temperatures, very happy with it.
