My stacked Whirlpool washer wasn't draining and I was worried the pump was broken. I found and removed a mask trapped in the filter but the machine still didn't work or sound right. Roman quickly found and fixed the problem - a sock trapped under the drum. He was very straightforward and did not try to overcharge me or convince me that I needed expensive replacement parts. Great service and I would hire him again. One other thing, I was told by another company that a lot of them won't repair stacked washer/dryers, but Roman assured me it wasn't an issue. Thank you! I'm so glad to have my washer working again!
