We reached out to the Milargro Construction Inc with a bit of a situation. While we have been thinking of renovating our main floor bathroom for a while (existing version is 26 years old), we weren't quite there yet. Recently we noticed a watermark on the ceiling from the bathroom above (also 26 years old). That created the situation mentioned. Max was sent to meet with us on Thursday. Didn’t make sense to tear out the roof to fix the leak and then just patch it up. We discussed what we wanted to do renovation wise at the same time. Having added an HE furnace, the chimney was no longer needed which would add a bit of space to a very small room. A portion of the roof came down Tuesday morning and as Jerry started looking at what the problem was, the leak got much worse. Timing couldn’t have been better. He did the demo, disposed of garbage, and then got started on the real work. We moved the sink, put in a longer shower, and replaced all the ceramics. He had projected 2 weeks and was a day less than that. Pricing was as quoted. We can’t say enough about Jerry. So thorough that he put up all the towel bars as well. Excellent workmanship and tremendous personality. We would recommend him in a moment.
