I had Dimo come to install two bathroom vanity lights. They needed to be centered on the two walls. One box was installed in the center and the other box was not centered. When I asked why it wasn't centered he told me he didn't have the materials needed to put it center? He offered no solution to fix this other than for me to go and get materials and adjust on my own before closing up the walls. He was also asked to patch the wall after he finished but came unprepared to this. Dimo is unwilling to come back and adjust. I'm now having to have another electrician clean up his work. In addition to this problem, he send me a bill that was higher than what was discussed. When asked about cost he told me $65 per hour. He never mentioned (and admitted to me he did not disclose) a $150 min. charge AND a maintenance fee on top of this. When I asked him about the bill he blew up and yelled and screamed at me. He was very unprofessional and rude. His workmanship, professionalism and transparency were all well below average.

We are open to criticism and to hear what our customers have to say. What we don’t appreciate is when a customer needs to make up a story and lie about an event just to make us look bad.

When I left the job, the customer was very happy and satisfied with our work. It’s only after we sent him the invoice that he started to complain why he’s bill was $30 more than he was expecting. We agree that we didn’t disclose our min charge of $150 for first 2 hours because the job description he gave us ( changing a bathroom fan and 2 light fixtures) was a 4hrs job so the price I provided was $65hr. When I was at he’s place he decided not to do the bathroom fan and just do the 2 lights. So the price did changed and when I tried to explain we have a min of $150 he did not want to hear about it. The only person that was rude and used profanity and threatened to bash our name was him. At the end of day $30 is not worth for anyone to argue about, so we sent him a new invoice.

This was a learning experience for us and it shows there are some bad apples out there that have the need to make others look bad to make themselves feel good. Nevertheless we appreciate all our customers and will try to provide the best customer service.
