Sewage backed up in carpetted area.
On a Sunday, 2 days before Christmas sewage backed up into a carpetted area of my basement. I called Jay at SteamKleen and he came within an hour! Top notch work, Jay was awesome, lent me blowers to dry the area, changed the underpad ans cleaned the carpet in the entire basement and my stairs, looks good as new. Jay was prompt, reliable and so helpful when I thought I might just lose my mind. The best carpet cleaner I have ever used and the price was very reasonable!!! Will gladly refer Steam Kleen to friends and family!!! Thanks Jay!
