Third Floor Master Suite Design, Drawings, Permits
I worked with David to design a third floor master suite in an existing space. With only one revision, David captured everything I wanted in the space and I'm thrilled . David also handled all permits and navigating the project through the endless bureaucracy of the City of Toronto Building Dept. processes including Committee of Adjustment and the OMB. His calm demeanour was a valuable asset in a complex project. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and recommend him without reservation.

As we discussed, it’s somewhat unfortunate that your project set the bar for the most frustrating and challenging (from a bureaucratic and process point of view) of all of my projects to date. The extent to which we had to go to achieve the end results was far from the norm, but an invaluable experience none the less. You should be commended for your saintly patience and cool head, your perseverance and flexibility. The end result and our success is that much sweeter knowing what it took to get there, I know that every day the finished product will bring a smile to your face as you reflect back on all that went into making it happen.
