Best thing about them is providing detailed and itemized quote, which gives better transparency of the work, which I found missing from 5 other contractors I got the quote from. We hit multiple blockers during the renovation, but Derek always found some solution with his problem solving and designing skills. His team is very professional and hard working, I definitely recommend him for any small or big renovation jobs.
