I didn't hire Jamison, mainly because he took the time to diagnose what turned out to be a very simple fix over the phone in order to save me a very expensive service call. $5.00 later, I'm an extremely happy future customer.
Tried these guys based on the review here and they have provided excellent service in the year I have used them. Not only do they do a great job, but they keep you informed throughout the season as to when they will be there so you know when to expect them. This year, had a tiny incident where they cut a dog leash during cleanup. I wouldn't have noticed immediately except that they left an apology on the invoice as well as via email and proactively adjusted the invoice to compensate for "the hassle" (it was no "hassle" in my opinion)-- this is the kind of company that anticipates and lives customer service. Exemplary commitment to the customer and quality delivery.
Excellent response time to my request for an appointment, a call the night before to set the time of arrival and from there, prompt, friendly, professional service. Issue was diagnosed quickly, fixed and repairman was on his way ~ and all for a fair price. Would not hesitate to use this company again.
