When it was -20 or even colder outside, there was an ice building up and water draping along the wall in the master bathroom. Greg from Insulation Police checked it with the thermography camera, then his staff removed some of the glass batts over the bathroom and install poly over the two pot lights, and blow this area full with a R 50 of the Weathershield cellulose high density thermal insulation system with lifetime warranty.
