Beware if you are going to order a smaller item like a laptop, phone, or anything not a TV. They use UPS to ship, and after the first item was taken by a UPS employee (tracking confirms they found the empty box) the 2nd has gone missing. Not only do they only have UPS for a shipping option, they put the same of the item in the reference number. The UPS rep I spoke with pointed that out and said "everybody at UPS can see what is in that box". The reference number for my package included "/SAMSUNG BLACK GALAXY S21 " Just for fun they called me one day and told me to head down to the UPS store and pickup the package. I asked if they were sure as the tracking info hadn't updated. They assured me they confirmed it with UPS. When I arrived, UPS had no idea what I was talking about. It is a real circus over at MDG Not only that, but after I was assured payments were on hold, they debited my account anyways for an order I canceled. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
