I purchased an older home in the 90 year old range, and was extremely happy with the inspection performed. The inspector was knowledgable and willing to explain his findings in detail with me. He arrived to the house before I did, and really took his time on site. My real estate agent was also impressed, and remarked that he would be using their services in the future.
